Dr. Jason’s family practice is known in South Florida for being one of the oldest medical practices in Broward County. He is the grandson of the first Chiropractor in Pompano Beach and is the third generation Cheshire to run the family practice. His grandfather Revis “Bill” Cheshire lived just a few blocks away from the practice here on 4th Ave and was a valued and respected member of the local community. “Bill” taught Dr. Jason from a young age to treat patients with respect, empathy, and sincerity with the key to patient satisfaction and health improvement being to listen intently to their concerns. Spending adequate time with each patient and researching the root cause of the illness or problem is why so many patients come to see Dr. Jason.

Carrie Culpepper, AGACNP-BC, RNFA, studied at the
University of Georgia and Middle Georgia State University (MGSU) as an undergraduate. She graduated from MGSU with an Associate Degree of Science in Business and in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing where she was a Cum Laude Honor Graduate. She then worked as an Intensive Care Unit nurse for seven years at several Level 1 Trauma centers before continuing her education at the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB). At UAB, she completed a dual Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse First Assist program where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2018 with a Master of Science in Nursing degree.

Jennifer Nardella is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She originally attended Florida International University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology in 2005. Jennifer then pursued her interest in Nursing, graduating from Nova Southeastern University with her bachelor, and later her Masters in Family Nursing. She has had training in the field of cosmetic injections including Botox and has a variety of clinical experiences including Sports Medicine, Pain Mgt, Primary Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, and Trauma ER.

Dr. Don Pham is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a graduate of the University of Iowa undergraduate studies in integrative physiology. He focuses in holistic treatments, and plasma and stem cell rejuvenation. Dr. Pham promotes a balanced lifestyle that includes proper maintenance on one's physical, emotional, and social self. His general practice brings in all types of patients for those interested in health awareness and spiritual well-being.
